Located at the corner of Gordon Street and Hampden Road in Nedlands, the proposed development is to be a three-story, mixed-use building. The building is to contain a generic mixed-use program intended to capitalise on the growing demand in inner city Perth centres for urban living and mixed land-use. The building program must also respond to the city of Nedlands’ objectives for increasing diversity in this precinct.
