Brief: The brief calls for the design of a semi-private Supper Club accommodating up to 100 people together with 4 private studio apartments. It must reflect the highest standard of contemporary design. The design must be influenced by the vibrant King Street precinct comprising cafés, pubs, boutique retail, studio offices, theatre, art centre and galleries.

Concept: Inspired by Louis Kahn and Tadao Ando, an innovative design that aims to create an air of interest in one of Perth’s most well known streets. The large circular window on the Munster Lane façade challenges the King Street facade with its contrasting geometries and lack of ornamentation, while the brickwork is reminiscent of the surrounding buildings.
